Job Description – Butcher
Responsibilities:
- Perform large-scale meat cutting, deboning, and bone removal with precision and consistency.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and hygienic processing of meat throughout the production cycle.
- Operate, maintain, and clean cutting tools and equipment in compliance with safety standards.
- Meet daily and shift-based production targets by following established workflows and schedules.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness in both the work area and assigned dormitory accommodations.
- Strictly adhere to all company policies, hygiene protocols, and safety regulations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma (secondary education)
- Minimum of 3yrs of work experience as a butcher
- Farm or agricultural work experience is an advantage
- Good physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, lifting, and repetitive cutting tasks.
- Knowledge of meat quality standards, portioning, and waste reduction techniques.
