Job Description – Butcher

Responsibilities:

  • Perform large-scale meat cutting, deboning, and bone removal with precision and consistency.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and hygienic processing of meat throughout the production cycle.
  • Operate, maintain, and clean cutting tools and equipment in compliance with safety standards.
  • Meet daily and shift-based production targets by following established workflows and schedules.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness in both the work area and assigned dormitory accommodations.
  • Strictly adhere to all company policies, hygiene protocols, and safety regulations.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • High school diploma (secondary education)
  • Minimum of 3yrs of work experience as a butcher
  • Farm or agricultural work experience is an advantage
  • Good physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, lifting, and repetitive cutting tasks.
  • Knowledge of meat quality standards, portioning, and waste reduction techniques.

  • Gross Salary: 58,084 RUB per month (after tax deductions, based on 26 shifts)

  • Working Hours:

    • 6 days/week

    • 11 hours per day

    • Overtime as per schedule]
