Are you an experienced Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for flexible work in the B32 area of Birmingham? Hays Education is seeking skilled HLTAs to support our network of local primary schools.

    • What We’re Looking For:
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent (Level 4 or recognised HLTA status)
  • Ability to plan and deliver lessons when required
  • Strong classroom management andmunication skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Previous experience in Primary Schools
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • A positive attitude and a passion for supporting pupils’ learning
