Overview

:

  • Deliver small group and one-to-one interventions under teacher guidance




  • Support students with SEMH to regulate emotions and engage in learning




  • Assist with behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies




  • Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support EHCP targets




  • Maintain a structured, calm, and supportive learning environment


  • About You:


  • HLTA qualification or significant experience in a similar role




  • Experience working with SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision settings




  • Confident supporting secondary-aged pupils




  • Calm, consistent, and proactive approach


  • Benefits:


  • Daily rate of £100 – £125, paid weekly




  • Long-term role within a specialist SEN school
