Overview
:Deliver small group and one-to-one interventions under teacher guidance
Support students with SEMH to regulate emotions and engage in learning
Assist with behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support EHCP targets
Maintain a structured, calm, and supportive learning environment
About You:
HLTA qualification or significant experience in a similar role
Experience working with SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision settings
Confident supporting secondary-aged pupils
Calm, consistent, and proactive approach
Benefits:
Daily rate of £100 – £125, paid weekly
Long-term role within a specialist SEN school
