About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, actively selling our products, and supporting them with fashion and product knowledge. You will help maintain a clean and tidy sales floor, work on garment refill & care, and collaborate with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
A Day in the Life
Typical responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service: welcoming & guiding customers, supporting them through the store and omni experience where available.
- Engage customers in conversations to enhance service.
- Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories & products.
- Promote and sell products effectively.
- Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
- Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
