About the role

As an HMO Account Associate at Borough Medical Care Institute Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery. This full‑time position, based in Pasay City Metro Manila, will involve working closely with our healthcare partners to provide exceptional support and drive the success of our health maintenance organization (HMO) services.

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HMO clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
