HMO Coordinator-Bacolod

Job Purpose:

Provider network expansion and retention, relationship management and secure discounts with the accredited medical providers in Bacolod.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Bacolod accreditation of healthcare providers
   1. Scouting of prospective providers
   2. Represents iCare in Bacolod meetings
   3. Conducts physical/virtual orientation related to procedures, program features and answer inquiries of the healthcare personnel.
   4. Conducts individual accreditation of doctors when necessary.
   5. Visits accredited providers for accreditation in Bacolod.
   6. Negotiate with providers for discounts, packages and rates.
   7. Review line up of Specialists per accredit facility and accredit if not available.
   8. Endorses to the PMD Head reviewed Provider MOA for approval.
