HSE coordinator

Responsibilities

• Report to the project's HSE Lead.
• Follow up on all HSE matters within the project.
• Proactively and systematically engage in preventive HSE work.
• Participate in risk assessments, Safe Job Analyses, pre-job talks, safety rounds, and HSE meetings.
• Collaborate with the project's safety delegate service.
• Motivate personnel to contribute to preventive HSE efforts, such as reporting observations and incidents.
• Act as a visible role model for HSE in the field.

Required expertise

• Education in HSE is desirable; relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
• Relevant experience from projects in the petroleum, renewable energy, or construction sectors.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in both Norwegian and English.
• A valid Ex Awareness certificate is required.
