We are now looking for a HO Controlling Services to join our team in Airbus GBS in Portugal.

Responsibilities - your mission:
*Business Operations Management *

• Lead the Controlling Services Team and Team Leaders as the Controlling Services Manager by fostering motivation and well-being, addressing challenges, communicating and supporting the implementation of the GBS management strategy.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant Governance policies and procedures.
• Build and sustain a robust relationship with sending organizations' focal points, and promote an open strategic communication channel, maintaining regular touchpoints and ensuring that all relevant parties are involved in strategic decision making.
• Actively Support the AGR Manager (O2C & R2A Manager) in the definition of the GBS Strategy for the Controlling Services Perimeter, and contribute to its implementation.
