    Job Description

  • Define electrical design standards and ensure alignment with project requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead the design and review of electrical systems including HT/LT panels, transformers, switchgear, cabling, and lighting.
  • Drive innovation in energy efficiency, automation, and smart building integration.
  • Oversee electrical design development from concept to execution.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural, HVAC, and PHE teams for integrated MEP solutions.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks for electrical works.
  • Ensure adherence to local electrical codes, NBC, ECBC, and fire safety norms.
  • Liaise with DISCOMs, electrical inspectors, and statutory bodies for approvals and clearances.
  • Evaluate and finalize electrical consultants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Review BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
  • Conduct technical audits and inspections during execution.
  • Build and mentor a team of electrical engineers and site supervisors.
  • Conduct regular training and technical workshops.
  • Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and accountability.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of designs, approvals, and site progress.
  • Prepare MIS reports, design trackers, and compliance dashboards.
  • Present updates to senior management and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare the company bought out item list and share the requirements to purchase department considering the lead time for each item.
  • Design basis report shall be coordinated and obtained from the consultants within 15 days of the date of award of the contract to the consultant.
  • Budget preparation for each project shall be done for Electrical with proper supporting BOQ and costing and shall be submitted to contracts head/budget head for considering inside the budget.
  • During budget preparation stage, BOQ of each & every discipline shall be taken from the consultants appointed for the job.
  • Internal budget shall be prepared and cross checked with the 3rd parties BOQ & price.
  • Budget shall be submitted within 45 days of the issue of work order to consultants/architects/civil consultants.
  • Budget shall be signed off when the budget is made by the Budget Head for the whole project.
  • Regular Site Visit & Contractors meeting shall be made along with our site project team and MOM shall be made & shared to the President Projects.

  • in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering within the real estate development industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
