Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Madurai9on site). The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, crafting travel itineraries, providing cost-effective recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on travel trends and promotions.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service skills to understand client needs and provide excellent service
• Expertise in travel planning, itinerary creation, and booking systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations and current travel trends
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in travel software and tools, and familiarity with online booking platforms
• Time management skills to handle multiple client requests effectively
• A Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
