Join a friendly and professional team, delivering administrative support and exceptional customer service in our Home Claims division. This role is a Full Time, Permanent position working Monday - Friday.
Reporting to the Home Assessing Team Leader you will be accountable for providing administrative support and a referral point to the Home Assessors whilst ensuring a consistent delivery of home insurance claims services to our members. This is achieved by having great conversations over the phone and byaccurateinformation recording on our systems.
What will you be doing?
Deliver exceptional service to members and service providers on claims enquiries
Manage assigned caseload of claims in line with best practice procedures
Assistassessors with claim reserving, payments, EFTformsand cash settlement fact sheets
Assistassessors with assessment bookings
Arrange appointments for specialists, enginee...
