Home Exterior Sales Representative (Commission-Only)

Job description Kyline Consulting is hiring a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative focused exclusively on home exterior projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands the construction world and can confidently guide homeowners through the sales process—then hand off cleanly to production so jobs run smoothly. If you’ve sold (or worked around) roofing, siding, windows, gutters, exterior remodeling, or similar home exterior work, you’ll feel right at home here. Compensation Commission-only: 7–12% per sale Commission rate based on experience performance No cap on earnings What You’ll Do Generate and close new sales in your assigned region (home exterior services only) Educate customers on Kyline Consulting’s services and how projects move from signed deal to production Coordinate with production teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution Represent Kyline Consulting at trade shows, events, and industry expos Travel within your assigned region as needed Manage your own schedule, pipeline, and follow-up independently What You Bring (Required) Background or working knowledge in the construction field Understanding of production workflows, timelines, and construction processes Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working trade shows and engaging with the public Willingness to travel within your region Reliable transportation Comfortable using technology and basic programs/tools to manage your pipeline Preferred (Not Required) Sales experience in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, remodeling, or construction consulting Experience in a commission-based role Why Kyline Consulting Flexible schedule Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding company How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief introduction outlining your construction knowledge and sales experience (especially related to home exterior work).
