    Responsibilities:

    - Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals.

    - Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

    - Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities to improve their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.

    - Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques, equipment, and home modifications to enhance their independence and safety.

    - Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatments, observations, and outcomes.

    - Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

    - Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice.


    Qualifications:

    - Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in Florida.

    - A minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or a related field.

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.

    - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes.
