Majority of the work to be done is residential.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Deck Modifications or Builds for Vertical Platform Lifts
• Handicap Accessible Bathroom Remodels
• Walk-In Tubs Installations
• Door Widening
• Flooring Installation and thresholds
• Installation of Safety Equipment such as grab bars, railings and other assistive devices.
• Willingness to learn all accessible equipment Accessibility department offers. Like:
  o Low Threshold or Zero Barrier Showers Installations
  o Ceiling Track Installations
  o Stairlifts
  o Modular Ramps
• Company Vehicle Responsibility - Respect this vehicle and privilege. Report any maintenance immediately to the construction manager if service is required. It is your duty to restock and clean out the vehicle. Follow all rules and guideline's given with this privilege i.e. gas cards
