Homecare Scheduler

We are looking for a detail oriented and organized HomeCare Scheduler with at least one year of full time experience in scheduling within the US homecare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing staff schedules, and ensuring efficient patient and caregiver coverage. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a solid understanding of healthcare operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily schedules for healthcare staff, including nurses, caregivers, and therapists
Communicate with patients, families, and staff to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts
Ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and respond promptly to last minute changes or call offs
Maintain accurate records in scheduling software and update calendars in real time
Collaborate with HR and operations teams to align staffing with patient needs
