Overview
Primary responsibilities are providing outstanding Customer Service by resolving customer product issues over the telephone and ensuring their experience is memorable. Also, as a team member you will be supporting the team's needs as well as participate in projects to assist in data entry for databases and process improvement of our overall daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer product issues in a courteous and professional matter both outbound and inbound.
- Enter customer information accurately in databases.
- Must meet and comply with department and company policies, procedures, objectives and regulations
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English to communicate with external and internal customers, or other groups within the company
