Homologation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop powerful and enhanced homologation strategies & roadmap for the retrofit emission control device and automotive related products

• Developing and managing relationships with the Test Agencies and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth execution of the projects.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the homologation team, ensuring the team is effectively executing homologation strategies and meeting timelines.

• Monitor and report on the homologation process, including risks and issues, to senior management.

• Develop and manage the homologation budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

• Role will involve full ownership of homologation-related projects in the company. • Foster a culture of process-driven ideas across the engineering team, encouraging cross-functional teamwork and open communication.
