Job Description
The Manager – HORECA Segment will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, QSRs, Cloud Kitchens, Caterers, and Institutional clients . The role involves developing strong customer relationships, expanding distribution, executing sales strategies, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets in line with the company’s growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the HORECA customer base across assigned territories.
- Identify and onboard new hotels, restaurants, QSRs, caterers, and institutional clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for HORECA products.
- Drive product trials, menu integration, and repeat business with key accounts.
