Job Description

The Manager – HORECA Segment will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, QSRs, Cloud Kitchens, Caterers, and Institutional clients . The role involves developing strong customer relationships, expanding distribution, executing sales strategies, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets in line with the company’s growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the HORECA customer base across assigned territories.
  • Identify and onboard new hotels, restaurants, QSRs, caterers, and institutional clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for HORECA products.
  • Drive product trials, menu integration, and repeat business with key accounts.

Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, procurement heads, F&B managers, and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts within approved guidelines.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.

Market Expansion & Channel Development

  • Identify new market opportunities, emerging food formats, and regional growth areas.
  • Work closely with distributors and channel partners to improve reach and service levels.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and product offerings in the HORECA space.

Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Provide market feedback on product performance, customer needs, and innovation opportunities.
  • Support product launches, promotions, exhibitions, food shows, and industry events.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of the HORECA / Foodservice industry .
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a startup / fast-paced environment with high ownership.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in HORECA sales, food manufacturing, FMCG foodservice, or institutional sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Experience in handling distributors and regional sales networks is preferred.
