Responsibilities
Deliver inspirational gardening standards through excellent standards and serviceDriving sales through customer interactions, whilst promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membershipOffering a helping hand with customer queries through high-quality product knowledge including indoor and outdoor plants, machinery and core gardeningWorking with your team to ensure the department is kept to a high standardYou will also work on the shopfloor and other areas of the store as and when required, this may include working stock, cash handling, till work, take to car deliveries, stock control routines, restaurant service - an ideal opportunity to gain more skills and experience
