Horticulture Grower

Our client DHILLONSFARMS PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and motivated Horticulture Grower to manage and support the production of high-quality crops on their farm. This role involves overseeing planting, irrigation, fertilisation, pest and disease management, crop monitoring, and harvesting activities while ensuring best-practice horticultural, WHS, and biosecurity standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will have hands-on growing experience, strong knowledge of crop production systems, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a genuine passion for sustainable and productive horticulture operations.
