1. Operational Planning and Management Daily & Seasonal Planning: Develops schedules for pruning, watering, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, and planting based on seasonal needs. Site Inspections: Routinely inspects landscape areas, indoor plantscapes, and green walls to monitor plant health and identify aesthetic issues. Resource Coordination: Manages the procurement, installation, and maintenance of plants, soil, tools, and irrigation materials. System Maintenance: Ensures proper operation and repair of irrigation systems, sprayers, and other gardening equipment. 2. Team Supervision and Leadership Supervision & Training: Assigns, trains, and supervises gardeners, landscapers, and laborers in proper horticultural techniques and safety procedures. Performance Management: Evaluates the performance of horticultural staff, sets daily goals, and ensures work is completed efficiently. Conflict Resolution: Settles disputes among staff to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment. 3....
