Job Description
1. Operational Planning and Management
- Daily & Seasonal Planning: Develops schedules for pruning, watering, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, and planting based on seasonal needs.
- Site Inspections: Routinely inspects landscape areas, indoor plantscapes, and green walls to monitor plant health and identify aesthetic issues.
- Resource Coordination: Manages the procurement, installation, and maintenance of plants, soil, tools, and irrigation materials.
- System Maintenance: Ensures proper operation and repair of irrigation systems, sprayers, and other gardening equipment.
