Hospital Coordinator

your responsibilities will include:

·Supervise safe, quality care that meets current best practice standards

·Support and liaise with the respective Nurse Unit Manager(s) of wards and Departments

·Assist with coordination of staffing

·Manage patient flow, coordinate and plan operational processes

·Coordinate patient admissions and provide discharge planning support

·Support the hospital’s commitment to quality improvement and achievement of National Safety & Quality Healthcare Standards

·Maintain the safety of staff, patients and visitors

Essential Criteria:

·Eligible for registration in the category of Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

·Minimum 5 years working as a Registered Nurse

·Ability to manage competing demands and co-ordinate resources appropriately
