Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of four physicians and two APPs at Cascade Valley Hospital.
  • Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

  • Board-certified in internal medicine or equivalent.

  • Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Washington.

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Practice in the Heart of the Community


    Flexible Scheduling:

  • Our position offers flexible scheduling to suit your needs.

  • Full-time employees work a 10 on/10 off schedule with an equal mix of days and nights.

  • Additionally, team members participate in monthly meetings to receive updates and engage in training sessions.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Key responsibilities for this role include supporting an acute care hospital with an open ICU and limited subspecialty support.

  • Candidates should be comfortable with basic ventilator management and demonstrate procedural competency.

  • Procedural competency not a requirement.

  • Compensation: Annual compensation between $300k – $340k.
