Compensation Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1920 to $2060 per week Physical Therapist Job Details Location: Mooresville, Indiana 46158 Healthcare Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Rehab Assignment Type: Travel Physical Therapist Start Date: December 1, 2025 End Date: March 2, 2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week Call Requirements: None Dress Code: Gray scrubs or facility-branded apparel EMR System: Epic Physical Therapist Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (required) Active and valid Indiana PT license BLS certification Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred Outpatient orthopedic experience a plus Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to accommodate walk-in patients Physical Therapist Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one physical therapy treatments to outpatient orthopedic patients Design and implement individualized care plans for optimal patient outcomes Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality care Document patient progress using Epic EMR system Maintain a professional, positive clinical environment Adapt to a flexible schedule and assist with walk-in patients as needed Apply now to join our healthcare team in Mooresville, Indiana and take the next step in your physical therapy career!
