Sales Executive drives revenue by finding new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and selling products/services, involving lead generation, product demos, negotiating deals, meeting targets, and collaborating internally, acting as the main link between the company and customers to achieve sales goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers via calls, emails, networking, and research.

Client Engagement: Presenting solutions, demonstrating products, answering questions, and building trust.

Sales Closure: Negotiating terms, preparing quotes, processing orders, and closing deals.

Account Management: Maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, and finding upselling opportunities.

Reporting & Admin: Using CRM software, tracking sales, reporting on performance, and managing sales pipelines.

Strategy & Growth: Staying updated on market trends, competitors, and attending industry events. 

Essential Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.

Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.

Proficiency with CRM software.

Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset. 

Typical Work Environment:

Can be office-based (inside sales), field-based (client visits), or hybrid.

Involves collaboration with marketing, customer service, and product teams.
