The Hospitality Attendant is is responsible for preparing and serving quality food and beverage offerings to guests and collecting payment. They may also be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues.
The Attendant is also tasked with opening- and closing duties, as well as maintaining the general upkeep of their assigned Concession Stand location throughout the hours of service.
