Job Description
We are an independent luxury hospitality group operating two hotels and multiple F&B outlets using Opera Cloud PMS and Simphony POS.
We are seeking an experienced hospitality technology specialist to help us:
• select best-fit guest service platform (Canary / Intelity / Alice class)
• select and implement CRM/CDP
• run vendor evaluation and demos
• build decision scorecards
• support contract negotiation
• coordinate implementation
• lead rollout to go-live
Goal: fast, practical, implementation-focused execution.
Not an IT support role.
Must have direct hospitality platform experience.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills: Hospitality Technology, Systems Integration, SaaS Implementation, CRM Implementation, PMS Integration, API Integration, Vendor Selection, Software Implementation, Technical Project Management, Enterprise Software
