Overview

We are looking for a Front Desk Hospitality Manager, who will be responsible for efficient, effective, customer service throughout Operational areas. This position will be based at the ELC Front Desk office. The position is responsible for maintaining a professional relationship with all co-workers, guests, and Managers. This position will manage the operation of the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and assist with Event Supervision when needed.

Capable of handling administrative tasks while ensuring a positive experience for all guests, visitors, and employees of the Executive Learning Centre.

Job Responsibilities
