What You’ll Do
As a key boardroom ambassador, you will be involved in a wide variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
Setting up and tearing down of all catering requirements, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared according to standardProviding guests with excellent, professional and prompt serviceAbility to serve both daily catering and onsite events independently at a high level with some supervisionMaintaining an ongoing knowledge of dietary restrictionsMaintaining general tidiness of all meeting rooms and hallways in the Client CentreAssisting with stocking beverage fridges with inventory to ensure readinessEnsuring that all meetings and requests in the Meeting Room Booking System are monitored and fulfilled on a constant basisSupporting the cleaning schedule for the main kitchen and equipmentAssisting with stocking of supplies ...
