This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Mumbai. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, training, and optimizing organizational processes. Responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and addressing employee relations matters. The role requires collaboration with department heads to strategize on workforce planning and maintain a high-performing, motivated team.

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and workforce planning
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance regulations
• Expertise in employee onboarding, training, and professional development
• Proficiency in performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in HR software and tools for data management and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a managerial HR role is strongly preferred
