✨ We’re Hiring| Hospitality Training Manager – Luxury Segment | North Goa
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on professional to lead soft-skills and service excellence training across our luxury villa portfolio in North Goa.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality, guest experience, or luxury service who is passionate about developing people and building a strong service culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver soft-skills and guest-experience training
• Onboard and mentor villa staff across departments
• Maintain high standards of grooming, communication, and service
• Work closely with operations teams to continuously improve guest satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in hospitality, luxury service, or guest-facing roles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A practical, empathetic, and motivating approach to training
• Based in Goa or willing to relocate
