Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greets and serves guest in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Restocks all items and products in area as needed.
  • Prepares inventory of area and orders necessary stock.
  • Assists Waitstaff Member to serve guest as needed.
  • Excellent guest service skills and consistent awareness of restaurant operation required.
  • Reports all guest compliments and complaints to Food and Beverage Shift Manager, Supervisor, and Outlet Manager.
  • Promotes outstanding internal and external guest relations.
  • Promotes honesty and trust among the team.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

    •   JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have One (1) to Two (2) years restaurant experience.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of business including evenings, weekends and holidays....
