Job Description

Become a key trainer for live commerce hosts at Tecdo Network.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding training for new hosts covering platform rules, hosting skills, SOPs, and company guidelines.
  • Develop and deliver training modules on presentation skills, product demo, camera presence, selling techniques, crisis handling.
  • Provide ongoing refresher training based on host performance and business needs.
  • Create training materials such as slides, scripts, video demos, checklists, and evaluation forms.
  • Monitor live sessions to identify areas of improvement for hosts and provide 1‑on‑1 coaching.
  • Evaluate host performance using KPIs (engagement, sales conversion, compliance, professionalism).
  • Work with Live Operations to align training with business strategies and identify skill gaps.
