Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hostel Warden to manage our hostel facility. The ideal candidate will have 3-13 years of experience and will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including maintenance and upkeep, security, and resident services
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents, and implement safety protocols as needed
• Monitor resident behavior and ensure adherence to hostel rules and regulations
• Address resident complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
