The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional and personalized dining experience. Representing the RIKAS brand, the Hostess ensures a welcoming atmosphere while managing reservations and guest flow in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

  • Ensure guests feel valued, comfortable, and well-attended throughout their visit

  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus according to service standards

Reservations & Seating Management

  • Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists using the restaurant booking system

  • Optimize table allocation in coordination with the service and management teams

  • Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion and attention to detail
