Hostess & Event Assistant (temporary position)

Curate International Collections is New York’s most exclusive and carefully curated fashion trade show, where buyers explore fashion as art — in a cohesive and sophisticated atmosphere.

Born out of the need for a trade show that truly blends quality with exceptional design, Curate achieves exactly that every season. After three successful editions in Paris, Curate is now opening a new chapter in Düsseldorf, one of Europe’s most vibrant fashion hubs.

Aufgaben

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive person to join our team during the upcoming Curate Düsseldorf edition.

The role combines visitor hospitality and event support during both the set-up and show days.

Your responsibilities

• Support with set-up and dismantling (help organising and arranging materials, tables, and displays)


• Welcome and register visitors in a warm and professional manner


• Assist with catering preparation (refreshments, restocking, maintaining cleanliness)


• Help to keep the booth area tidy and presentable at all times


• Provide general assistance to the Curate coordination team when needed

Qualifikation

Your profile

• Positive, polite, and service-oriented attitude


• Organised, flexible, and reliable


• Fluent in English & German


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment


• Previous experience in hospitality, events, or fashion is an advantage
