**Hostess / Host**
Are you friendly, well-presented, and passionate about creating a warm dining experience? We are looking for a **Hostess / Host** who will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, ensuring guests feel comfortable, valued, and well taken care of from the moment they arrive.
**A little taste of your day-to-day:**
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
+ Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables in a professional manner.
+ Managing reservations, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
+ Coordinating closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
+ Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and basic service recovery with courtesy.
+ Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the reception and entrance areas.
+ Providing accurate information about menus, promotions, and restaurant offerings.
+ Monitoring guest satisfaction and communicating feedback to the team.
+ Assisting with guest departures and thanking them for their visit.
+ Ensuring adherence to service standards, grooming, and brand guidelines.
**What we need from you:**
+ Previous experience as a **Hostess / Host** , preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality.
+ Good command of **English** ; **Arabic language will be an advantage** .
+ Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
+ Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy service periods.
+ Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
