Guest Greeting: Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure they feel comfortable
Reservations: Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations to optimize seating and flow
Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, special requests, or complaints politely and professionally
Communication: Coordinate with service employees and managers to ensure smooth service and timely seating
Presentation: Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and entrance
