Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their seats in a pleasant manner.
- Manage reservation lists and seating arrangements effectively.
- Provide menus and inform customers about specials and promotions.
- Assist servers and kitchen staff to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Monitor the dining area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and restaurant policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hostess or customer service role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service protocols.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
