Restaurant Hostess

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Restaurant Hostess to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain full knowledge of the restaurant layout, table assignments, and operating hours.
• Adhere to departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
• Answer telephone calls using correct greetings and professional etiquette.
• Record and update reservations and cancellations in line with departmental procedures.
• Communicate any changes to management in a timely manner.
• Monitor and prepare daily assignments ensuring compliance with service standards.
• Ensure menus and check folders are clean, organized, and available in sufficient quantity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand.
• Review the reservation book, pre-assign tables, and coordinate special guest requests.
