As a **Hostess** , you’ll be the welcoming face of our restaurant, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. From greeting guests with a warm smile to ensuring a smooth seating flow and maintaining guest preferences, your role is vital in creating memorable moments for our guests from arrival to departure.
You’ll be expected to:
Greet guests promptly, warmly, and professionally as they enter the restaurant or dining outlet.
Manage reservations and guest seating through the appropriate booking system (e.g., OpenTable or similar).
Coordinate table assignments based on guest preferences, volume, and server rotations.
Maintain a clean and organized host station and entrance area at all times.
