Hostesses:
Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival.

- Assist in making reservations and managing table allocations.

- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

- Manage waitlists and estimate wait times for guests.

- Answer phone calls and provide information to customers.

- Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.


Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar role is preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Professional and friendly demeanor.

- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills.
