Riela is creating contemporary bathhouses across Europe. Our first studio opened in Justicia, Madrid, in September blending architecture, wellness, and hospitality into a refined communal experience.

We're looking for a Studio Manager who combines taste, structure, and calm leadership. Someone who can oversee daily operations, guide the host team, and ensure every guest experience flows seamlessly from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and host team with quiet authority
• Manage bookings, schedules, and coordination with HQ
• Supervise opening and closing procedures
• Maintain the atmosphere, cleanliness, and rhythm of the space
• Support events, brand activations, and collaborations
• Handle suppliers, stock, towels and maintenance follow-up
