What will you be doing?

• Assisting customers via chat and email with hotel bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and inquiries

• Providing accurate and timely information about room availability, pricing, and hotel policies

• Ensuring each interaction meets our high customer service standards

• Updating customer records and reservation details in the internal system

• Following internal guidelines to maintain quality and compliance



Do you qualify?

You do if you have:

• Completed High School (K–12 or Old Curriculum)

• At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience
