**Description:**



Responsible for all aspects of food and kitchens as well as staff, ensuring quality and preparation of these in a timely manner.



Responsible for the purchase, handling and inventory of products and raw materials according to the standards established by the hotel and company.



Develop menus intelligently to achieve the objectives (Cost and Revenue) of financial and guest satisfaction established as goals of the department and the company.



Develop comprehensive training programs for culinary training for growth promotion and internal promotions.



**Qualifications:**



Three to five years of experience in the position.



Ability to work all seasons in the kitchen at a very competent level for a luxury restaurant.



Ability to work under pressure while performing assigned tasks with attention to detail, speed, precision, monitorin...
