Hotel Director (Shipboard)

Directly manage overall ship operations and guest experience, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Key Qualifications

  • Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially with guests.
  • 3 to 5 years of background experience as a Hotel Director or General Manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
  • Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage overall ship operations and guest experience.
  • Achieve the highest levels of川 guests satisfaction under all circumstances through responsiveness and effective issue resolution.
  • Ensure inventory levels are appropriate per targets and operational requirements.
  • Responsible for overall hotel department financial performance, including expenses and revenue.
  • Actively display a business ownership mentality when developing tactical plans to achieve financial targets.
  • Work from an entrepreneurial perspective to develop and implement new ideas for revenue and operational efficiencies.
