Hotel Front Desk Assistant (Day Shift/Night Shift)

Double Star Ventures PLT – Sepang, Selangor

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the front office, including welcoming guests, managing check‑in and check‑out, handling reservations, processing payments, and preparing related documents and invoices.
  • Maintain, update, and file guest records as well as related documents.
  • Manage changes, plan, coordinate, and control room inventory.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and queries promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
  • Ensure all standard operating procedures are met in daily operations.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Malaysian.
  • Good command of spoken English.
