This privately owned, high-end boutique style hotel in the Royal Borough of Windsor, has a unique opportunity for an experienced energetic General Manager. The hotel has a small number of elegantly designed bedrooms, a stylish restaurant, private dining/meeting areas and a large events space.
Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the hotel operation; this includes reservations, bedrooms, housekeeping, the restaurant and event space, guest satisfaction, revenue management, staffing & employee development, sales and marketing, brand event programme/partnerships, maintenance and other administration needs. It is essential that the candidate has previous experience as a General Manager plus business development skills in hotel and event sales.
